How can therapy help?

Many people begin therapy when they find themselves stuck in repetitive patterns, struggle with disconnection from themselves or others, or are uncertain about their next steps in life. These experiences may interfere with relationships or work. Together, we can address the deeper roots of suffering rather than just the surface-level symptoms, and build a foundation for meaningful and lasting change.

Drawing from a relational, psychoanalytic perspective, I aim to create a therapeutic environment that is warm and empowering. Our work will be tailored to your unique needs and experiences, with an emphasis on creating a safe, non-judgmental space to explore the complexities of your inner world.

I specialize in identity exploration, life transitions, relationship issues, gender/sexuality, creativity, anxiety, obsessive thoughts, self-esteem, shame, and depression. I typically meet with clients once or twice a week. I welcome adults, teens, and couples of all genders, sexual orientations, religions, nationalities, and cultural backgrounds.
