What is Psychoanalytic Therapy?
Psychoanalytic therapy aims to build unique solutions rather than offering one-size-fits-all advice. Through honest exploration of the thoughts and feelings that you are not able to speak of elsewhere, the symptoms, distress, and patterns that keep you stuck will decrease over time. This process opens a path to your desire and a new knowledge of what you really want in life. Psychoanalytic therapy offers a way forward that is more alive.
Services
INDIVIDUAL THERAPY
You’re invited to slow down and listen inward to the thoughts and feelings that shape your experience. Together, we will make sense of recurring patterns that are causing distress. Through a process of reflection and discovery, new pathways will open for self-understanding and a more authentic way of living. The work unfolds gradually, at your own pace, within a steady and confidential relationship.
COUPLES THERAPY
You and your partner are invited to look beneath the surface of conflict and disconnection, to understand the deeper meanings behind what happens between you. Together, we will explore the unspoken feelings and expectations that shape how you relate to one another. As understanding deepens, so does the capacity for empathy, honesty, and intimacy, allowing your relationship to become a place of mutual growth and renewed connection.
